Delegate FAQ

Are there any discounts available?
Early Bird Discount: For payment by Local Order, early bird fee will only apply if the local order is executed and payment fully released to us on or before the early bird deadline.
Group Discount: Enjoy a group discount of 25% for 5 or more delegates registered at the same time from the same organization and of the same billing source. We do not combine discounts but we will honour the discount that is better for you.

When will I receive my conference material?
Your badge and other handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference.

Are all presentations available on the web?
Presentations will be made available to delegates online after the event. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers' permission. For non-delegates, presentations may also available for sale after the event. For more details please call the Event Manager.

When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.

How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made through bank draft, company cheque and wire transfer. For our bank details, please refer to the website or call our Event Manager. If you are paying by cheque or bank draft, please cross cheque or bank draft made payable to Roshcomm and mail your payment together with the registration form to P. O. Box 20256, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

I need a receipt for my payment. Where can I get it?
Please refer to the attached document in your registration confirmation email. The credit card charge will be at the very bottom of the document. Additionally, for all delegate payments your confirmation and receipt will be mailed to you.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for timings.

How many attendees will be at my conference?
This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

How can I get to the venue?
The hotel phone number, contact details and a route map is listed within the conference information. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending our conference when making your reservation.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual, national dress. The speakers usually come in business attire.

Special Needs
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know.

Delegate Substitutions and Cancellations
You may substitute delegates at any time.

For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another conference for up to one year from the date of issuance. For cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the event no credits will be issued.

In the event that the Organiser cancels an event, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded. Alternatively, the delegate payment can be credited to a future event to be conducted by the Organiser. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.

In the event that the Organiser postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future event conducted by the Organiser. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.

The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. The Organiser shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, the Organiser reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Will I receive any information from you in the mail?
After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics
